This song has been stuck on my mind for like a month now. Aside from Psy’s Gangnam Style, this is the song I loved since it debut! But I had to admit this one had to grow on me first…

The Video

When I first saw the video my reaction was like I’m so jealous of their sexy bodies! Ha ha ha! But anyway, kidding aside, I didn’t really like this video, because it was too overly cute. Although, because it’s summer and this is a summer song from a summer album, I guess that’s why they made it that way. My only problem about the video was that it looked so common.It’s just them singing and dancing, playing in the beach.. the usual kind of stuff you would see in a summer video. Also, it looked so choreographed.. a little unnatural. I think they could have done better by like adding a love interest or something for the summer song. The song’s title is Loving You.. could they not have let some guy star as “You”? Actually, what I miss about Kpop songs is them having a story in their videos, instead of just having the idols dance and make cute aegyo faces.

But I have to the girls for dancing on roller skates in the grass… I know it’s not right but it’s a bit difficult to do that.. but why are they on the grass dancing in their skates!

The Song

I love it!!! I did not really care about the song at first. Like I said it grew on me after hearing it played again and again. Though it’s not summer here (it’s raining a lot here now), I feel like I am still in summer when I listen to this song. It’s an upbeat track that is super fun to listen to. I feel like I want to get up and dance every time I hear this song. The “Oooh oooh” part is so catchy that even if you don’t know how to sing Korean, you find yourself singing to this song. No wonder it’s still topping Korean charts like Melon for quite some time. This song has become my favorite Sistar song.. it has replaced Shady Girl! Loving you.. you–oooo.. na eotteoke what should i do? 🙂

Only thing that was not good in this is when Bora rapped “talk”.. it sounded like “tok”. And the part that says heart.. Hmm I guess their company should invest more in learning languages.. they need it to succeed in the rising Hallyu wave!

btw FYI, Dasom is the member who can speak in English the most (saw it when they were interviewed by Simon and Martina).. so you haters don’t bash her! I like her actually even if she is a bit shy..

The Dance

Is so sexy!!! ha ha ha.. I love it! I mean it’s sexy but not in a bad way.. I actually like watching it because they move so effortlessly and so gracefully. Though Dasom’s still a bit shy and awkward at times, but she has improved a whole lot!

Final Verdict: New fave Sistar song! Second fave song this summer (only next to Gangnam Style) but the video had too much aegyo for me.. the dance video is better! 🙂
