I know its a little late to post something about the Back Dorm Boys but I’m posting anyway. It has been about 4 years since I first saw their video on youtube. We were sulking around a friends house when she showed to us their version of Backstreet Boys’ I Want it That Way. And from then on our circle of friends loved this boys!!
The Back dorm boys, as what they are often called, are two Chinese boys who made their own versions of popular music videos. They recorded it on their dorm room and later on posted the videos on the internet. They became very popular that they were offered to do a commercial for Pepsi. They did a version of As Long As You Love Me (BSB) and Superstar (S.H.E) to name a few. One of my favorite videos that they did was their own version of Wilber Pan’s Bu De Bu Ai. I’ve loved Wilber Pan since then. I’m posting their version of Bu De Bu Ai as well as Wilber Pan’s version! Happy watching!!

Hey there, I found your blog whilst trying to look up lyrics, but it seems (from my admittedly limited knowledge of Chinese) that Chinatown@blogspot’s lyrics are incorrect (it’s formatted weird as the pinyin is separated at times when the actual Chinese writing isn’t, likely to save space per line, but isn’t consistent). Also, at the very end of their translation, they started to translate “tiān tiān dōu jīng cǎi.” when it is supposed to be the chorus/repeat of Zhang singing, but sort of stopped halfway through that verse (and pretty much halfway through the song).
Since you seem to still be active (and I’m really digging some of your c-pop links that I just checked out), here’s what I was able to piece together:
*Note that the Chinatown@blogspot’s lyrics are the initial one third of these lyrics. Unfortunately, for the other two-thirds of the translations, it’s going to be a little different and also, the pinyin no longer has their tonal marks.*

Haha, I only put in a little work, compared to the accredited links! I don’t really know a lot of Chinese so I’ve been trying to learn through music. I was just so fed up with trying to find the completed set of lyrics that I decided to reorganize them and post them here. 🙂
