I’ve been addicted to We Got Married for sometime now (though I’m not done watching the 41 episodes that’s been posted on mysoju — I’m still on the 31st episode). One of my favorite couples is of course the “lettuce” couple (a.k.a joongbo couple) — all because of Kim Hyun Joong — and I have to admit its was because of him that I watched this show.
In one of the many episodes, particularly the 26th episode, Hyun Joong serenaded Hwang Bo because it was her birthday. The song he sang sounded very familiar, but I can’t seem to place where I heard the song. So I googled it and it is in fact, to me a very familiar song… because it won an Academy Award last 2006 as the Best Song. The song that I am talking about is Falling Slowly, which was the original music for a movie called Once. I love the lyrics and the melody of the song and the fact that it won an Oscars!
The song I’m posting isn’t anything Asian but I loved this song eversince I heard it some 2 years ago. It was my cousin who introduced me to the song. I almost forgot about it, until the time I heard Hyun Joong sing it. And now I have to stop my blabber and share the song with you :D.

I have watched “once” at least ten times. Excellent movie; great music. “Falling Slowly” is only one of several memorable songs in the movie. The entire soundtrack is terrific, particularly “The Hill,” “If You Want Me” and “Mind’s Made Up.”
