Late last year I was watching a jdorama which one of my officemates downloaded. The drama was called Zettai Kareshi (Absolute Boyfriend). This drama was based on a the Japanese Manga of the same title. It was a story of a girl who had the chance to try out a “special appliance” (a robot which was made according to the specifications of the owner’s ideal boyfriend) which was made by a company named Kronus Heaven. At first the girl doesn’t want the appliance but later on she falls in love with her “Night” in shining armor — who is in fact a robot.
This drama’s OST is one of my favorites. The ending song is entitled Okaeri (which means welcome home). It was sang by one of my favorite Jpop artists, Ayaka. Ayaka herself wrote this song for the drama (she wrote it together with her music producer).
